[Bioperl-l] Coding practice: using a hash as a reference depreciated

perl 5.8.0 is now printing warnings if a hash is being used as a
reference. This has been deprecated for a long time but accepted
silently.

I've removed all occurrences of this from bioperl-live:

	%hash->{'start'}

by changeing them into more sane:

	$hash{'start'}

Please try not to use the depreciate syntax in bioperl any more.

Thanks,

	-Heikki
