[Bioperl-l] Please test

I have just run the tests on WinNT and get the following :-

1) t\BioGraphics................FAILED tests 1-3

I think I read somewhere that this is ok but can someone please confirm this.


2) t\SearchIO...................FAILED tests 19, 317, 342, 347

the errors are all similar :-
# Test 19 got: '1.46134e-90'
#    Expected: '1.46134e-090'

Can someone please confirm that these 4 tests are not failing on a unix system.


3) t\consed.....................FAILED tests 12, 14

test 1 fails, as described before, due to Dumpvalue no longer exporting
dumpValue.
Can someone please update this in consed.pm for me.

Tests 12 and 14 used to fail for me before but then I completed installation of
DB_File and they worked fine once. Now they are failing again and I can't see
what has changed. The errors are :-

Test 12 - got 114 but expected 179
Test 14 - got 179 but expected 114


4) t\scf........................dubious DIED. FAILED tests 2-15

This fails on test 1 but I have not had a chance to see what is really going on
here.
