[Bioperl-l] GenericHSP methods

Excellent!

Let me see if I understand this, then:
GenericHSP objects contain two LocatableSeq objects -- query and hit.  We
can reach through GenericHSP to call LocatableSeq methods directly.  Is
that what's goign on here?
