[Bioperl-l] Restriction sites in very long dna fragments

Is there currently a module that easily allows checking for 
Restriction sites in very long dna fragments?  Something that combines
LargeSeq with RestrictionEnzyme for example?

I would appreciate any pointers or suggestions.
