[Bioperl-l] minor modification in Clustalw.pm

Hey folks (mainly Jason),

I just modified Clustalw.pm, it required an ENV variable to be set for
where clustal lived, which is not really necessary in a standard unix
environment where clustalw already works on the command line... the
strange thing is that if it was left unset the Bio::Root::IO->catfile
function was putting a forward slash instead of leaving nothing behind the
directory...

...hmmm... I think my commit is a hack, rather than a fix, must have
something to do with Root::IO, right? Let me have a look...
