[Bioperl-l] Branch/Main trunk behaviour

Over here in Ensembl we have been tuning up the swissprot format to work
closer to spec to the actual swissprot group (swissprot format is a very
"detail aware" format. The wrong ; in the wrong place can lead to true
havoc).


Should I check this in both on the branch-07 and main trunk. Basically,
is 0.7.1 coming off the 07 branch (I presume yes) and is this sort of
format tuning a valid "bug fix" (I also presume yes).
