955 Swiss.pm: Ouput from write_seq is now correct when start and end =
indices are equal for a given feature.
943 SeqStats.pm: POD documentation fixed.
I do not have access to jitterbug to post this info (i.e. my =
user/newpass do not work for non-guest mode) - which I assume is per =
policy...if not lemmeno!
