[Bioperl-l] installation

Hello,

I have recently installed bioperl on my computer.
But I am having difficulty in installation of external modules. I have
Linux 7.0 on my comp.

In REAME file you have mentioned to change to Compile/SW directory for
installation of the external modules from Bio and then execute few
commands. But I cant find Complie/SW directory.

Can you help me in this installtion?

I have perl 5.6.0 version. I didnt understand how should I write these
things to that.

I am myself root of the computer.
