Hi All, I am currently looking at ways of integrating biological systems. I saw mentioned in some of the documentation that a Bio-Object Framework was proposed. Also that XML could be used in meta data for describing bioinformatics objects. I was wondering what the current situation of both these were. Has anyone implemented parsers yet?
