[Bioperl-l] CVS tags for Ensembl

Ok by me...

This sounds like it would be a Good Thing for the Ensembl folks and should 
have zero effect on the bioperl folks. Nobody but developers and hardcore 
CVS users will even notice the tags I'm guessing.
