You can find it either in the main trunk of bioperl (what will become the
0.7 release eventually). Follow instructions on http://cvs.bioperl.org/
or off Ian Korf's web site.



Ian - I'd be happy to track your changes into the Bioperl development
tree. 


I'd be even happier if you did it directly on the bioperl cvs ;)
