Bioperl: 0.6.1 Release candidate

I've made a preview release of the BioPerl 0.6.1
bug-fix release.  It can be downloaded from:

ftp://bio.perl.org/pub/jgrg/bioperl-0.6.1-pre1.tar.gz

or 

ftp://bio.perl.org/pub/jgrg/bioperl-0.6.1-pre1.zip

Please download and check that it works for you.

This contains important bug-fixes for GenBank and
SwissProt parsing, and a working Webblast.pm

I'll put this on the main ftp site in Friday (19th
May) unless I hear of any problems with it.
