I think what would be good is a general protein sequence "control panel".
idea -
	you can load a protein sequence:
	panel showing some stats...
	ability to run local
		-blast (BPLite or Blast modules - your preference)
		-hmmpfam 
	ability to select/deselect features
	ability to dump out to swissprot format
sounds good?
