I need to talk to Heikki about this - something about Text::Wrap
versions...


perl 5.0004 has a really *bad* feature that you can't call exit() in a 
BEGIN { } block. This causes our "skipping test" feature not work,
sadly... I had to rewrite these tests to use a more complex require system
with flags. <sigh>.
