Bioperl: Blast executables for power pc mac?

Keith,

Jonathan Kans (address on the CC line) is your man at the NCBI which
will probably be able to help you.  He is one of their mac toolkit
gurus (maybe the only Mac guru left at the ncbi :-).
He may have binaries for you!
