Bioperl: Reading from a stream into Bio::Seq

You can download a copy of my baseclass from:

(yes, i know, module names shouldn't have :: in them, but it makes it
easier for downloading)

The pod is quite verbose, and has several examples.

If you are thinking of using some of the ideas from this in BIO::Root,
then my code needs rationalizing. In particular, some functions should
be moved to an INTROSPECTION module, some into CODEGENERATION and some
into a text library. Anyway, if and when we come to it...
