[Biojava-l] PROFEAT: Solvent accessibility

Hi,

I am trying to use the PROFEAT APIs for solvent accessibility calculation. 

I can't understand the output. And the PROFEAT publication is not clear in this regards.

Any help on how to interpret these results is very welcome ;)
