[Biojava-l] BioJava, oracle problem with jdk

It's something in your eclipse/maven settings related to output folder.There is already a switch in javac (version 1.7) called -s
  -s <directory>             Specify where to place generated source files
I am not sure if it is present in version 5 or not.Any way, if you can, just remove it.
