Just one comment on that. Wouldn't it be of more benefit to try to
exclude all String messages from BioJava, such as warnings or error
messages, to gather these in XML files and to provide a Chinese version?
Maybe, this could be a good starting point that others may volunteer and
contribute an XML file for their language. In this way, messages from
BioJava could be in multiple languages. The structure of these XML files
would consist of key-value pairs: Some key to access the String and then
the actual String. With the help of ResourceBundle it would be very easy
to use it.
