[Biojava-l] BioJava 3 code usage examples

I've posted some brief HOWTOs here on how to use the new code as it progresses:

Hopefully the examples will make the new approach a bit clearer. The
FASTA parser example does need simplifying even further, through a
standard file parser utility class to go in the core module which has
yet to be written. But the examples on the page are a start and show
you what the convenience methods would have to implement internally
(hint, hint!).
