[Biojava-l] Problem with RichSequence.IOTools.writeFasta method

Hi, try using import org.biojavax.Namespace instead of
javax.xml.stream.events.Namespace;
Also, you should handle the illegal symbol
exception that DNATools.createDNASequence may throw.
