[Biojava-l] LSID

[Gary Bader]

LSID is still cooking, but is not widely accepted, but there are a 
number of people still pushing for it.  IBM is the current caretaker. 
It remains to be seen whether it will be widely adopted by e.g. the 
sequence databases.
