Um, it does. Either that or my lists have been magically sent by teams 
of subtle and secretive gnomes intercepting the attempts to create soap 
packets, which I have to admit is a possibility.... to be fair I'm not 
sure that axis is actually serializing List objects, but it's certainly 
returning them from call invocations so I'm guessing it is.
