[Biojava-l] SeqIOTools.writeFasta method using Sequence object

Hi -
It kind of comes from programing jargon for using something in a
realistic way or in a real setting rather than just testing it. Ie
actually doing something useful with BioJava. You could equally argue
that you might go to the webpage when you are frustrated by our lack of
documentation and need a quick solution ;-)
