[Biojava-l] Suffix Trees

Hi -

The web cvs is fairly upto date, it can take an hour or two for changes
to perpetuate from the cvs tree to the web. I don't think the suffix
tree stuff has changed for quite a while.

If you want to improve or extend the suffix tree code go for it :)
