[Biojava-l] changeable changes

Hi.

I've checked my changeable changes onto a branch called BRANCH_CHANGE. 
This modifies the Changeable interface to handle cascading updates more 
cleanly. ChangeForwarder has been re-vamped, and ChangeUtils now does 
the actual event notifications. There are still issues, but this cleans 
things up considerably.

Could someone with cvs access give this a spin and make sure that their 
favorite class still works? I don't have a propper internet connection 
here, and am working from a diddy laptop.
