[Biojava-l] [Announce] BioJava 1.21

We've just released source and binary distributions for BioJava
1.21.  This is a low-priority update from the 1.2 branch.
You can download files from:

   http://www.biojava.org/download/

Highlights are:

  - BioSQL database support included as standard

  - Documentation fixes and corrections

  - Included the Blast2Html program (which got missed from 1.20).


The BioSQL code is essentially the same as that from the current
CVS version, except that code for storing taxonomy data has
been removed (since the 1.2 branch doesn't have the new
taxonomy interfaces).

This release is significant in that it is the first to include
significant amounts of new code (as opposed to bug-fixes) that
was developed at the Hackathon meetings earlier this year.
Thanks to O'Reilly and Electric Genetics for organizing these
meetings, and to everyone who attended and contributed.
