I'm fine with it being in BioJava. There are other bits (like the BioSQL
schemas) that are not specific to any one language. The bytecode
generator has no logical dependancies to BioJava (except we re-use the
same nested exception in both). If the perl/python/ruby guys like this
LIMs then we/they can put code into the relevant projects.
