[Biojava-l] SortedFeatureHolder (by location)

I am doing many tasks that look at features in sequential order along a 
sequence.(over varying sizes of location)

I felt sure that there would be a way to do this, but I just can not find 
it.

So I made a SortedFeatureHolder that took a Comparator in the constructor (I 
used an implementation of Comparator for location)

I now have two problems:
1: I cant see how to add a FeatureHolder to another FeatureHolder(eg the 
Sequence)

2: Once added I can not see how to speed up the filter method for a 
location(which was the point of creating this class).

But I may well be well off track and missing the obvious?
