[Biojava-l] New snapshot

For those without CVS, there's a new snapshot of the
BioJava code, at:

   http://biojava.org/download/

All the tests pass (wheeee!).  We're now starting to test
quite significant portions of the codebase (kudos to Keith
James, who's written a lot of tests).  But if anyone feels
like writing tests, there are still plenty of opportunities :-)
