[Biojava-l] bioperl-db

Just wanted to see who was it that was working on java bindings to a
relational db of sequence data (Ewan's bioperl-db schema).  I know Wolfgang
was at least looking at it..  We should make sure that we have a dialogue on
the lists so that if you see limitations or have ideas they get pushed over
to bioperl implementation and that we are all working off the same schema at
the end of the day so data can be accessed with either toolkit
interchangeable.
