Due to a little disagreement between myself and CVS, a couple of files were left out of the 1.1 source release. These are Keith's demos for the sequence searching APIs. As a temporary measure, I've posted this source separately: http://biojava.org/download/source/biojava-1.10-searchdemos.zip I'll make sure these files get into the 1.11 release.
