[Biojava-l] Docs for release (demos/docs)

I've checked in a Fasta search parsing example in demos/search and
some data in demos/files (under the assumption that adding missing
docs == a bug fix)

demos/search/FastaSearchParse.java
demos/search/IndexFastaDB.java

demos/files/fp_queries.db
demos/files/fp_demo.db
demos/files/fp_demo.m10

The tutorial is up on the web and I've put the DocBook sgml (+ derived
html, dvi, ps & rtf) in the docs download section as
biojava-docs-1.1pre1-fastaparse.tar.gz
