Get yours at:

   http://biojava.org/download/

If you download the binary biojava-1.1pre1.jar file, you'll
also need to grab bytecode.jar and xerces.jar.

Things to do before a 1.1-final release:

  - Write `migrating to 1.1' document (I'll have a go at this tonight).
  - Check that all the tutorials are up to date.
  - Take one last look through the Javadoc and fix any gaping holes.
  - Lots and lots of testing :)

My experiences for the last few weeks have been extremely
positive -- I hope everyone enjoys BioJava 1.1
