Isn't sourceforge enterprise edition kind-of expensive?
On the other hand, there used to be an open source release of
the sourceforge code (Alexandria). Bioinformatics.org
hosts projects, and looks like it's running an alexandria
variant to me.
Savannah is also based on the sourceforge code. It's still
open source, and appears to be under active development.
