[Biojava-l] Remote location exception

*sigh* Okay, now I'll define what "handled" means. I've added code to parse
these locations and create a correct RemoteFeature for them. The behavior
is that the RemoteFeature.location is set to the projection of the feature
on the parsed strand, possibly empty.
