[Biojava-l] Quality Annotation

Further to the idea of phred scores maybe a type of annotation where each
annotation is assigned a quality.

One particularly thorny issue in all of this is that quality information
implies fuzziness. A fuzzy sequence can therefore produce more than one
result when it is translated (unless a loss of information can be accepted),
how do we deal with this??

perhaps a fuzzy sequence class is more whats required

any thoughts?
