[Biojava-l] Demo programs

This may be a documentation error. I will fix the readme. Could you try
running the demos from the demo directory as follows:

(unix)
cd biojava-live/demos
setenv CLASSPATH ../biojava.jar:../xml.jar:.
javac dp/Dice.java
java dp.Dice

(windows)
cd biojava-live\demos
set CLASSPATH=..\biojava.jar;..\xml.jar;.
javac dice\Dice.java
java dp.Dice

Please tell us if this fixes the problem for you without stripping the
package statements.
