[Biojava-l] BlastLikeDataSetCollection DTD added to CVS

Hi,

Just added the first version of the BlastLikeDataSetCollection DTD to
the CVS repository (in directory dtd off the root).

Please note that it isn't a final version - this one will hopefully work
with output from NCBI Blast from the parsing framework.  Also made a
small change to a source file in the framework, so you will need to cvs
update etc.

We will be adding an extra feature or two (from suggestions by private
e-mail), and fixing it up to work with WU-Blast and HMMER shortly.

Also testing was not too extensive, so I wouldn't be surprised if there
was an issue or two.
