Hello Andreas,

https://github.com/biojava/biojava-legacy/pull/34
https://github.com/biojava/biojava-legacy/issues/36
and a bump of dependency versions we may want to cut a 1.9.3 release of
biojava-legacy before September 1st.
Since these releases happen infrequently it's fine to keep doing them
manually; if you come up with a way to push docs to the website, please let
me know.
