[Biojava-dev] Code freeze tomorrow

As a reminder, tomorrow will be the last day to check in code to SVN. The
repository will become read-only Friday evening. I'll send out an email
when it is safe to resume development off of github.

There are a large number of abandoned branches, many of which do not share
a history with trunk. Would anyone object to not moving old branches in an
effort to reduce the repository size?
