Everything on bugzilla was migrated to redmine,
and the bugzilla kept online but read only. Any
old wiki links to the bugzilla page should be
updated.

I believe BioJava are moving their issues to
GitHub (i'm not sure if filing new issues on the
RedMine tracker has been disabled on not yet)
