[Biojava-dev] biojava @ hadoop - ideas

Hi everyone,

In next few months I am going to develop my bachelors degree project. It
will probably be implementation of an some algorithm on hadoop platform. I
am considering to attach effects of my work into some open source project.
One of them is biojava. Do you have any ideas or suggestion what exactly
could be implemented on such distributed system?
