Hi all, I prepared the .jars of BioJava3 as a ScalaLab toolbox (http://code.google.com/p/scalalab/). Perhaps Scala and ScalaLab can offer a better environment for developing Bioinformatics applications. I would like to have other opinions and feedback from other researchers.
