[Biojava-dev] Biojava3 and BioSQL

Hi Thiago,

I am probably not the best person to advise regarding biosql since I
never used it myself. Other people on the list might be able to help
out more. I believe the biojava1- interface to biosql was mostly a set
of hibernate mapping files.

If your biosql module works well we can add it as an official biojava
3 module. However it will have to go through some review process first
to ensure maintainability.

It might be good to discuss this also on the biosql mailing list to
see what their requirements and comments are...
