[Biojava-dev] biojava3 and forester question

I think we reference the forester.jar file at a biojava URL to avoid
forking the forester source to accommodate our build. At the time forester
wasn't hosted in a maven repository. Andreas can provide some details on
the location of the jar and what he did to get it to build.
