Hello Olivier,

I did the biojava release and the debian packaging for 1.7.1.

I saw that there were dependency problems in the 1.8 series, but those
were not resolved in the 1.8.2 release.  We might need to make a new
1.8.3 or 1.9 biojava-legacy release to fix these issues.
