[Biojava-dev] conversion of embl and genbank file to fasta

Hi everyone,


I am new to biojava and would wish to to an embl and genbank to fasta file converter.I am using netbeans 7.1 and biojava 3.0.4.I should be a able to upload a genbank or embl file convert it to fasta ,display result in textbox and save it as a file.I will be much gratefull if anyone could help me on that.Thank you
