[Biojava-dev] starting to prepare next BioJava release

Hi,

I would like to start preparing another BioJava release (3.0.3) -

the main new features of this release will be

- significant improvements to the web service module (ncbi blast and
hmmer web services)
- "new" fastq parser (ported from the biojava 1 series to version 3),
- as well as numerous improvements all over the place.
- (did I miss any other major recent commits?)

Prior to release would be great to add more documentation. Any
volunteers to bring the documentation for (some of) the new features
up to date and polish the existing docu?
