[Biojava-dev] checkout from svn code.open-bio.org

Hi Marco,

The github mirror (https://github.com/biojava/biojava) stays up to date almost 
immediately from the developer svn.  Over the last year, it has been far more 
reliable than the anonymous svn site.  If you need more information, 
http://biojava.org/wiki/CVS_to_SVN_Migration gives a lot of great hints.
